Project
7Pines is a luxury resort and gated community located to the north of the island. They asked us to install cold rooms and central air-conditioning plants for the entire resort.
Challenge
Gasifred installed and continues to maintain the air-conditioning and refrigeration facilities of this luxury resort boasting 8 dining outlets or bars, which have a floor area of more than 170 m2 to meet the needs of the entire resort.

When we designed the system, we chose highly efficient and hard-wearing equipment to assure excellent performance to meet high demand during the summer season in Ibiza.
As a complement to the air-conditioning and refrigeration facilities, we installed a remote supervisory system that makes it possible for us and the resort’s maintenance team to control the temperatures of each of the cold rooms and to anticipate any operational issue.
